Dad unplugged the modem, now AIM dosent work.

my dad accidently unplugged the modem while i was still online (i am on a 'remote' computer) and when i got back on line AIM now dosent work. i tryed uninstalling it and reinstalling it, that didnt work, i tryed telling it i have a modem, then tryed LAN connection, nothing works... i tryed restarting (the computer) sevral times, i cant get anything to work....

any ideas?

tell your dad to go to his room and think about his actions.




aim is at best a poor program. i would uninstall the entire program, with norton or mcfee, then DL it from aol.com.


i hope it works. if not try kicking your computer till you feel better.
