Spooled, There are no bearings. cam rides against the back side and timing gear rides on the front side with about .004 total clearance for oil cushion.

Billet actually doesnt have much to do with it. It is basically made for a cam that has an off-fire nose on it. A stock cast crank does not have it. Maybe someone has figured out how to use it with a stock style front but not that Im aware of. Mike
