dash bezel overlay removal

how do u remove the overlays in the dash bezel im trying to remove the right mirror option overlay?

Overlay

They glue on, if you have a new overlay you can just put it over the old overlay,if your delete mirror oprion..i installed new ones on my car,pulled the old one off,installed the new one,no problem.

so they just pull off? i tried pulling somewhat hard but it feels like its going to break im trying to pull off the right bottom corner that has a right mirror optiion
