Hello i bought a turbo off a board member and during shiping both of the coolant lines broke :( one let go completly and the other one is loose at the welds can these be fixed ? please guy help me out i cant drive my car until i get this fixed and this damm turbo :biggrin: is just asking to be spooled up !!!! thanks in advance for the help guys

You need the 14mm sized water fittings.
My water coolant lines that I got from PTE also had the same weakness. The very small soldered bead on each tube to the banjo fitting will break very easily if the line is jossled around very much. I can imagine shipping the turbo with the lines attached would very easily break that solder joint.
I'd recommend getting those ATP fittings and running different hoses.

Silver Solder

I had the same problem with mine, twice! :eek: When I first tried to install my new turbo the line broke loose. I sent it back and they repaired the set. :wink: When I went to install them the second time I broke the joint again. :mad: I took it off and used silver solder to fix the seal, then replaced it on car. That was two months ago. Car runs great and no leaks from the lines!:cool:
