I had a Polished turbo shield and it developed a crack after a year and half. I called them and they said to send it back and they would repair it. I sent it back and they just called me to tell me that there polisher was out of work for a while due to a heart attack. They offered to replace it free with a chromed one since they did not have any of the polished ones in stock and their polisher would be out of work for a while.
These are the type of vendors that we need more of. A company needs to stand behind their products in order to keep their customers happy.
I am very pleased with how DC Tech handled this.
I will definitely buy from them again.
