Haven't rum my car for a while and forgot to prime the alky pump before I got on it. Long story short - I heard the audible knock alarm and I looked down to see 15 degrees of retard on the scan master. I got out of it right away. The car seems to be running fine still. Should I be worried?

Check the oil. If you don't see any milkiness you're ok. It happened to me, once. This is why I went E85, no worries mate.
