Dieted bumper reinforcement

Does anyone have a couple photos of there chopped bumper reinforcements. Not Sure if I want to do this, or try to locate some aluminums, to keep the 5mph rating. Opinions, and photos welcomed!

The aluminum supports are higher rated than 5mph I may be wrong though here is some PICS of the 5 MPH support
