Differences / advantages in 200R4 shift kits

Can someone tell me if there are any advantages or what the difference is in the various shift kits for the 200R4?
I have an older Art Carr installed now but want to replace it with an updated kit.

What is the concensus on the best one out there?

Look into the Transgo set up! I freshened up my trans summer 2009 went with the Transgo I also had old Art Carr Both seem to work well maybe the trans guys will give more input!!! Opinions are like butt cracks every one has one! Good luck
