I recently got my T-Type running after years in Storage. I did notice my dash doing the "MATRIX". After checking fuses I did have a couple 10/15 amp fuses blown. Took the T-Type for a ride and I noticed that the speedometer was not reading. Before I jack up my car is there anything I need to check (fuse) on the dash. I kinda figure it could be the speedo cable/VSS and/or a broken speedo cable. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hey Chuck-

Is your dash lighting up?

When I got my car fired back up my dash "matrixed" (new word,I like it) and now it's dead as a rock. Nothing lights up at all.

John at Casper's can fix them but it's not free :cool:.

Oh yeah, the easy way to check if your speedo cable is still good-drive around and watch your odometer. If it's still turning and recording miles your speedo cable is good and it's prolly your VSS that's bad.

Looks like we all r having trouble with our dig dash mine goes to kilos after you start the car

Twist the odometer reset knob. That should change it between standard and metric.
