display question

I have a scanmaster 2.1 and a pioneer flipout dvd screen with usb input. Would it be possible to display my settings on the flipout? If not with the scanmaster but with a power logger which i intend on purchasiong soon? Power logger says it needs windows but damn it would be cool to use my flipout like a laptop.

you could use your flipup but connected to labtop or mini computer, id do the micro CPU myself.
