I needed my harmonic balancer reluctor ring replaced and i called and Dan said he had the reluctor ring and would do it.

He told me the reluctor ring he uses to replace the stock one with is a billet piece and is much better than the stock stamped one which has ripples in it as mine did.

I sent my balancer to him thru UPS Ground on Monday it was a 1 day delivery since he isn't far away.

I received it back today at noon and the billet reluctor ring looks great compared to the stock piece and i'm sure it will allow setting the crank sensor to be less troublesome since it doesn't have those ripples in it like
the stock one did.

Thank You Dan, for helping me out.

John,

I had a similiar issue

I noticed the relucter ring on my BHJ balancer was rubbing my crank shaft position sensor on one of the 3 flanges. I rotated the balancer into position set the gap in between the tone ring and sensor, then rotated the balancer around to the next one, then the last one. It was impossible to get that stamped tone ring to not contact the sensor in all three positions. That stamped piece was not completely concentric.

Got a hold of Dan and had him replaced mine with that billet piece. What a difference is all I can say. The stamped one is a piece of garbage. Dan did this for me at about 9 O'clock at night. The guy waited up for me then hooked me up. I am also very satisfied with his service;) Got the balancer reinstalled and am very satified with the consistant clearance it has at every position.
