T-top 87 gn with the after market set of t-tops since weather striping is unavailable. Is it possible to fab in a set of the original factory ones.

My bet would be that it would be easier to find a N/A car in a yard and do a whole roof swap than trying to re-fab someone else's handywork. Again, like oldsracer said, post up some pics and there's more folks on here more knowledgeable that I who can chime in.

Try to find a good convertible/sunroof shop in your area, they may be able to help. I had a T a few years ago with an aftermarket Astroroof that was leaking and didnt work. Took it to a highly recommended local shop and he was able to find parts and fix it right up. However, since there would be a lot of work involved, it might make more sense financially to cut a roof off of a junkyard car.
