Does an '84-85 TType have the '86-87 style heavy duty 10bolt rear diff? BRF vb?

I'm looking at an '85 TType for sale with a blown motor and a few mods put to it. Body needs paint but I'm looking at buying it to update with an '86-87 style intercooled engine.

My main concerns are if these came with the same 10bolt HD rear diff like the '86-87 models?

Is the tranny a "BRF" valvebody style like the '86-87 engine.

Car is only $650!

84-87 all came with 8.5 rear and 3.42 gears

the tranny should have a BQ tag on it which is close to brf other than the servo
