Does anyone have horsepower # for Alky VS Propain

OK Guy's I was woundering if anyone had back to back dyno #'s showing which one made more power.Also would like to know if anyone has egt #'s and max boost #s comparing the two on identically setup cars or the same car on the same dyno.

Also before this thread starts lets just stick to the facts and not start a flaming match!!

This isn't a direct answer to your question, though it does show the potential for alchy.

I was looking for another thread where dyno tests were done with C-116, and alchy, but I can't find it. Perhaps another member will find it for you...

I believe a search using 'dyno' on this board will cause it to come up.

I believe you will find the results of using alchy come very close to the expected HP output of an engine using C-116. One thread showed them to come very close, but without the timing, or boost being increased to take advantqge of the C-116 the limits of the higher octane was not fully explored.

IMO alchy injection gets very close to 116. I believe a few more HP could be gotten out of the 116. But not all that much more...
