Does anyone know Turbogray

I know his real name but will not post it unless I do not hear from him.
I bought a Translator II from him and paid him on 6-29.
He wont answer my pm's and now his inbox is full.I left another post in his for sale thread and a message on his profile page.
This is the first time someone has done this to me and I was wondering what I should do??
