Does H&R make a rear swaybar 4 a Mustang?

I am helping my brother set up his 89 coupe. He has 3" tail pipes on the car and wants to keep them on the car. With a Wolfe bar you have to cut the tail pipes off and run dumps. Does H&R make a swaybar that would work on a 89 coupe? Or can a Buick one be modified to work on a Stang?
