I keep getting some oil leaking from there and am wondering if maybe the o-ring if there is one came out when I build my motor ,is there one in there? Anyone?

No it is a double flared fitting. May have overtightened it thou. Maybe the flare in the line also.

Yes they do into the radiator.

It's a saginaw connector flare with O ring up front.

Thanks for the help

Could it be to tight should I back off it same as the top and no leak put some teflon tape around the fitting to see so far nothing yet with it ilding so not sure did tighten it some maybe to much

hi thanks but think that the end going to oil filter side

looked at mine and from the pic that is the side going to the oil filter piece I belive, is that right?

Hmmm mine dont. Either 2 different manufacturing Co. or mine have been replaced. The GN shows Auroquip hoses sp and the T says Parker. Maybe they do or they dont but this hose came off yesterday. t could be aftermarket.

What Mike and others said is right.

Radiator has the no O-ring relatively straight end, sorry.

I would check the flare ID, and OD and the radiator flared seat to make sure there is no debris or burrs on it.

Nick's suggestion might work too.

You aren't supposed to need tape or use on straight thread flared fittings.

However if it only leaks a drop or two that may work.
