Does 'S' Compressor cover fit 'E' backplate?

Hoping someone here might know...

I have a line on a good deal on a (real) Garrret 60-1 wheel and S (4") cover that I'd like to use to upgrade my current PTE51.
Would the cover mount up to the E backplate on my current turbo, or do I need the s-style backplate? I do realize I'll need to send it to get balanced.

2nd question - If I do have to use the S-backplate, it looks like the 4-bolts are the same pattern and should bolt up to my existing bearing housing. Is that the case?

Garrett T04s and Garrett T04e use different backplates. They use the same bolt spacing on the bearing housing to back plate
