Does the computer have a learning process?

I'm having an off idle problem.After adjusting fuel pressure between 40psi and 50psi I still get the stumble Also at light cruise my A/F gauge reads very lean beyond 17-1(does not bounce down at all)With a little load it rolls around 13-1.
Would this indicate a lean idle?
Does the computer need time to learn and adjust?
How can I check my TPS switch?

It sometimes takes learning when a chip is changed but I do not think it does with FP change.
What injectors?

FP changes will efect the BL matrix. The cars will go in and out of learn mode from idle thru anything that is below PE depending on a few other things. If you reset the ecm then give the car a good 5-15 min drive cycle at temp in the ranges your interested in it will get learned in pretty well. This is easy to see with Directscan.
