SETURBO.com Stinks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought a tri pod gauge holder from these people out of GA and They told me theyd send out in 2 days. 2 weeks later I called them, He said death in family. Nobody is there to make calls? The have a garentee ship in 24 hrs or theyll call.. (didnt) The tri pod wont work with a TTop car. He told me it would . They also charged me a $4.00 handleing fee????? WHY?? What for. They couldnt explain and wouldnt remove the charge. When I called to complain the owner didnt want to hear it. All he had to say was about his family member who was sick. I do understand that IF IT WAS TRUE. But they are in business and people are counting on these items. Which my car was at shop for 3 weeks Thanks to them... My buddie also bought some parts from them and he had to keep after them. 10 days after the order his parts were shipped. But he was charged the day he called....... :mad:

They are taking the pod back but not after alot of aggravation

I've had bad dealings with them as well. Kind of a reminder of Bowling Green Customs. Can't believe they are still in business too!!!! They will sure take your $ but will never have the item in stock. The handling fee sucks too.

i dont know what to say. all the item i have ever bought from them have been on time and quailty products. i give them A+ for everything. They even next day air a o ring that didnt make it in one of my boxes. There serivice and products are second to none. :D
 
I've bought stuff from them in the past and it's always been great, but just recently I made an order out online (their website). It stated I should be receiving a call from them to get my CC info and all that. NEVER received a call.
I mean, I'm sure I could call them and order the stuff, but when they say they'll call back, they should call back.
 
They sound like Aggressive Auto.....now that is the worst company I ever dealt with! Never again.
 
No problems here with SE Turbo. I'd recommend them and buy from them again. Several purchases made...

First of all Family is 100% more important than your or anybody elses car for that matter. Second, IF you had ANY business SENSE or experiance, and if you would like me to name all that I have and am involved with on a daily basis I will including , owning this board and running it to where it is today, and PTS XTREME and well, you get the picture, you would understand that in todays world you do not even handle a product ,and I mean touch it at all or drop ship it, if there is no profit in it and at least usually 10% to even touch the deal. Ask Mike Licht, ask Jack Cotton, ask any body that is in business. I have known Paul and SE TURBO for years with Paul and SE Turbo since it's inception and he is nothing but quality people. He would give his left nut for you. But when severe family issues arise , the last thing on his mind is your freakin pod.
Three things come to mind here. 1) go get your freakin car and return it when you have the pod... Car is drivable or can be made to be . Hell, it is only a gauge pod. 2) You can own a Turbo Buick, type on a computer, but cannot install a gauge pod? Time to sell car I would think.
3) You and "others" need to grow up. Think of other peoples concerns too. We are human, have families and have the same issues day to day than you do only on a larger scale. Until you walk a mile in Paul's shoes, my shoes or any other vendors shoes I would keep my mouth shut. Nobody wants to help a crybaby, especially when they have just lost a family member, and you are worried about a Gauge pod?I bet Paul wishes he had YOUR problems. Think about if the tables were turned. How would YOU feel?

See this is what really pisses me off. I love just about everybody. Lord knows I try my damnest to please, but sometimes it catches up with you. But do you care that we go through this hell.? of course not. So I know that Paul worked 20 hrs today and I have been up since 4 am so you tell me who the losers here really are. I KNOW it is not you.

Even Summit has a handling fee. You have NO CLUE what it takes money and resource wise to keep a business up and running.

Ranting because of the immaturity shown.

Let me begin by stating I take great offense with your implication of lying to all my customers about a death in my immediate family. I was left short staffed this same week due to vacations and I applaud Suzzette for her incredible stamina while taking all the orders while I was out of state. Anyone who has to sit, say goodbye to a conscience close relative who is aware they will soon pass, keep a bedside vigil until their passing, would have compassion and understand (like all 55 other customers affected during that week) that maybe we could not keep a guarantee (for a gauge pod?).
I also didn't appreciate you telling me I lied to you and that you were told that the pod would fit the t-top. You were clearly told that these were not made for the t-top, as you can plainly see in the picture, but that you could try to modify it and see if it worked out.

I don't think your "buddy" appreciates you dragging him into this. Isn't it convienient that you don't name your "buddy"? All but one of his items were shipped within 48hrs of ordering and he was notified upon ordering that one item was back-ordered. He was an extremely pleasant customer to work with and we have heard no complaint from him. Get your facts straight before you mouth off!

Turboclam3 - Fired from Southeast Turbo Performance for stealing property and taking customers and parts to a former employee (also fired for stealing) sure is quick to chime in!

Suzzete is here from 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday taking calls all day every day, answering your emails between calls.

I answer 25-30 calls a day regarding technical questions and gladly spend the time discussing them with my customers.

To Richard, I apologize under these circumstances you did not recieve your plastic gauge pod as quickly as you believe you should have, and as I told you today on the phone, I will refund you 100% of the cost of the item.

To the rest of our customers, I thank you for your patronage and look forward to helping you with whatever future needs you may have.

hey im just glad to have someone like SETURBO on board and helping use with the parts that are getting harder and harder to find. I will stick up for a vender that has done me right and SETURBO is on top of it. Thanks SETURBO for all your help and products and i will order again from you guys thats for damn sure. also thanks for next day air on my oil adapter o rings. you didnt have to do it next day air but you did so once again thanks

I turned in a notice of resignation due (have copies to post) to the fact that you were way behind on bills and you couldn't pay me $8.00 an hour in labor costs. Tell the truth. I know you thought twice about posting what you posted. You wouldn't even let me turn the A/C on in the Summer. I had to put one of your intercoolers on ebay so you could pay me some of my labor costs. You were behind $2000. I have run into other past employees now working at dealerships that said the same thing. COULDN'T GET PAID FOR LABOR. On top of that you couldn't keep the phone bill paid. I've seen SE Turbo take old cam sensors and clean them to sell as new. WE4 you are a good guy and Family is first after God, but you are also 3000 miles away so do you really know what's going on? Just stating that it reminded me of Bowling Green Customs. But at least I was paid by them when employed.
 
SE TURBO has always been all over what i needed from the first day i starter donig buisness with them. i would recommend them.

I have been working in customer service for 29 yrs. Unfortunatly for Rich, I can say that behaving like a 2 yr old with a big mouth might get you places in NY. But in the south, kindness and courtesy come hand in hand with family, friends and strangers. Rich was indeed told about the pod having to be modified. He has no business trying to condemn anyone or anything because his little 2 yr old mentally wasn't immediatly catered to.To suggest that the "death" was fabricated actually flabergasts me. His friends may make up lies to which this phrase might seem normal to him, but when honest caring people have to hear that you are calling them a liar after losing a Grandparent, is apathetic and dispicable.
I have no vested interest in this response- I can get a job anywhere because I have an honest, decent, moral history. It is in response to a calloused, self centered Rich that I suggest you evaluate yourself and realize that everything is not about YOU ! And next time you see the genocide on TV in Africa- realize - you need a pod ! Suzette

Family is First! They are the core of this Wonderful and "FREE" country!!

Business is and can be Hell at times! (Especially in the customer service end of it)

I have bought from Paul in the past with a few problems from the products but Paul did what he had to do to make things right and I Very much appreciate that in a vendor!

Customer service is getting harder to find on a day to day basis but with guys like Bruce, Paul and Brian at G-body parts we all can offer thanks too!

My point is that not every vendor can make every customer happy at all times because of life in general as long as they do there best to at least try and please us when it's in their hands and not out of their control.
 
Got to chime in here myself. Methinks the community should be thankful that there ARE so many vendors willing to keep these great cars going strong and looking nice. I even made the bad feedback forum myself today. :rolleyes:

Haven't bought much from SE Turbo but what I did buy was delivered on time and looks great. (custom hood liner)

Try having a Buick business where you are the ONLY employee. Marketer, laborer, IT specialist, shipping department, bookkeeper.

Paul, sorry for your loss. :(
 
Thats right, these cars are 20 yrs old now and most parts have been long gone and it won't be long before the rest are gone as well! We need to praise the vendors for dealing with most of the Buick guys and their atttitudes when their car is down because they can't get the part at the dealer or local parts store. Most of these guys go out of their way to help anyone of us at any time when were in need.
 
Paul is a good guy in my book and im not the easiest customer to please by far.Hes busy like anyone else and some stuff slips thru the cracks,I dont see what the BFD is.....SE Turbo makes some really nice products in house as well(console risers,hood pads that dont cost an arm and leg,downpipes,etc)

Only a handful of Buick vendors turn a good profit im sure.And the ones that do DONT DEAL ONLY IN TR's!!!!The smart ones get away from Buicks because the typical Buick guy wants it yesterday and for next to nothing.Almost makes me ashamed to own one.

So sorry for your loss Paul :(
