door glass

i would like to know how to remove the rivits with out breaking the glass on the window guide. heres a pic

Very Carefully grind the heads off with a cut off wheel. The rivets are aluminum, so they cut like butter.

grind a little, and let it cool, if the rivet gets to hot it'll crack the window,
but being aluminum, should cut quickly,

You can tap on the head of the rivet lightly with a small punch. (of course the glass must be supported propertly.) Then drill the rivet with a couple of metal bits... It's a pain but is doable...
