Down Pipe bolt snapped in Exhaust housing.

I have a TE44 .63 exhaust housing one of the bolts snapped in the exhaust housing how do I get it out. Any help/ ideas?

Did it break flush with the housing ?. You will probably have to drill it out. 17/64's bit i believe.

Id mill it out. Drilling seized bolts =fail 9 out of 10 times. Mills don't walk.
