Down Pipe question??

Hey, I was wondering this car I am looking at has a stock rebuilt turbo. If I add a down pipe should it have a external waste gate or what. I am just going to upgrade the intercooler to a front mount and add a chip. It currently has a Kirban MAF pipe and a hooker exhaust. Please help me out I am new to the turbo6's and what to know what my options would be. Oh yeah I do plan on upgrading the fuel system with the gbodyparts fuel tank upgrade. And what boost controller is recommended?

you can get a terry huston style pipe, with the internal gate. You won't have to buy anything else, works with the factory actuator and wastegate solenoid. You can have the chip control the boost, or you can buy or make your wastegate actuator arm adjustable. If you added razors alky kit and some 60# injectors I think you'd be happy!
