The tail of the car wags on lift/partial throttle...kinda a strange feeling. I have been told that the bushings could be bad causing this and my gas tank needs replaced (due to upward dent from someone previously tryin to jack the car up) so I figure while Im doin that I might as well drop the rearend....any useful tips I will need or is it pretty straight forward...buick noob here:D

pretty straight forward i have done it several times over the last few months on the ground. anyways

un-hook brake like block or at the body.

un-hook e-brake cable and undue the cable holder thats by the pinion stop

Pull shock bolts

pull sway bar

pull rear upper control arm bolts

pull rear lower control arm bolts and slide the rear out

now if you are checking all the bushings then you can pull the uppers off first both bolts and then the rears but i always leave mine in. if you have any question please ask but its pretty straight forward.
