ds 1.5

I have a quick qyestion about this ds 1.5. The ribbon cable has a red strip down one side. Can someone tell me if there is a particular way to plug this cable into the pcm? Just got this(temp thing till I get a classic bank to bank fast) and didnt get any directions for it.

It absolutly makes a difference which way you put the ribbon cable onto the ecm. You can possibly burn out the adapter hardware if its connected backwards. (been there, done that)

With the ecm positioned "chip side up", the red stripe on the cable is on the right side when its connected to the ecm.
