why do you need a dual port? what are the benifts over a single port?

Most of the guys that are currently looking for a dual port are wanting one for the new AMS500 Boost Controller.

I just pulled out an old Turbonetics Catalog. They have one for the T3 Type Turbos that might fit ours with some mods.#30326 but at $118.00 I find a little pricy.
Just a thought if we are really stuck.
