Dual Spal Fans from Cal Hartline, are they direct fit???

Do you mean do the twin 11" Spal fans fit w/o major cutting & snipping...yes, they present no problem installing on a stock-sized radiator.

Got them on both of my cars,and also bought them from Cal, what I did was get 3 picies of .5" steel flat stock and cut them to the length from the top to the bottom of the rad. there is holes on the fan housing 3 across the top and 3 across the bottom take the flat stock and set them on the rad where the fans are going and mark the holes, them drill them out and fun a bolt long enough to go thru the steel and the fan housing and tack weld the bolt to the flat stock ( should have 3 of them) set the fans on the rad and mark the stock steel on the ridge that runs across the top and bottom drill a hole and then pop rivet the flat steel to the rad, now all you have to do is slide the fans on and tighten the nut. woola, hope that I didn't make it sound to complicated. Jr.

Thanks for the tech tip. I am going to do mine that way when I install it.
