I bought a NL 9.5 inch converter
Good price, fast shipping, good communication.
I installed this converter after reading the instructions, had an issue and called Dusty and he explained the procedure to me over the phone in detail and answered my questions even after I asked the same question three times......
Then I realized there was text on BOTH sides of the instruction page!!! I had only looked on the one side. All my questions were answered on the 2nd page. Dusty could have told me to read the other page or to check the instructions but he didn't he simply answered my questions thoroughly. I felt like a dumb a$$ asking questions that were clearly explained in the instructions but Dusty didn't make me feel stupid or get impatient. I am sure these guys get a ton of questions all the time and its nice that he took the time to explain things to me.
