Dyno runs different with n/u?

I am redoing my car and part of it is installing a 9" 3200 Art Carr non lock up. If I dyno the car how would the readings be without the lock up?

they will show how much horsepower and torque is being generated and how efficient the convertor is at coupling by comparing flywheel rpm to output speed.
