Bruces speed shop in Rockaway has a portable chassis dyno. Not sure how much $ he rents time for, but that might be local to you.

Many times Mufflex runs a dyno at etown at some of the larger events. Might call them to see when they plan on going again. Maybe you can buy some time trackside.

You might try Powerstrip Performance in Glen Gardner.
Its been awhile since I've talked to him so I don't know if they are even still open. (I think one of the owners names is Mike)

the closest to you that I know of is BMTranny in Boundbrook, about exit 13 on 287. they are a DSM specialist with an AWD dynojet, however all rwd and fwd cars are welcome. you can check them out at bmtranny.com
