Dynotech performance??

i see that they have a 2004r that they say can handle up to 900HP for $$1500 a guy over on the monte board told me about this he said he email them and said they can have one built to with stand low 10's for $$1500 that seems very cheap to me has anyone had any expierence with them? if so are there trannys good and do you think i could trust them. just looking for input in the process of getting a trans and wondering about there product.

I had one of his non L/U units in my street car. Took everything I gave it. Went 10.5 @ 129 with a lame 1.58 60'. Sold it cause I wanted L/U in the car as it is a street car. It's still going strong in a TTA. I've installed a few too and every unit seems to work flawless. Def does great work.

just got mine done , Hi-pro rebuild of my BRF . he says it should be good for 9s not that i plan to test that in the near future but do plan to see the track often , the std street strip rebuild is about a third cheaperand is supposed to be good for cars running 12s and slower , might be good for faster cars that see occasional runs but thats where he separates the two and. i didnt think the street strip rebuild would have been a wise choice on my car or my future goals .

you will need to supply a core w/ brf valvebody if not he can get one for you

i trust eric (one of the few i wouldnt hesitate to hand my keys to and thats saying a lot for him) , i woulnt trust a turbo regal to any shop that didnt specialize in these cars and eric does and wouldnt second guess his recomendations or skills , watched him build my tranny while i was there, this is a guy who knows trannys , BTW he does more than just transmissions .

Do a search on Eric or Dynotech...Nothing but good things to say about him since hes run the show there....

I have nothing but good things to say. He did my trans about two years ago. I went with one of his Hi-Pro units and haven't looked back. HIGHLY recomeded !

Eric runs mid 9s with a Hi Pro 200R4. Probably with all billet parts and BatBrake. I went with the same one with no complaints.

I have the street/strip trans with vigilante converter, i could and still cant believe how strong the tranny is. such crisp shifts you can feel the strength of it as soon as you drop it in gear. i have seen his car run at englishtown, it put down a mid/high 9sec run with no problem. you want Eric do build your trans
