Is this a Laptop USB to ALDL cable or ???

Its a serial port that goes to your PC, with two wire at the other end that go to the data line and ground. I have it set up from a serial connection through a USB converter going to my USB port just because I dont have a serial port on my PC. works good and versatile to my other car as well.
