ebay gn 15k miles?

my new friend ( he bought my two junk cars)bought this car while i was away at B.G. and auction states car has 15k miles.when i looked at the cars pics,and did a little research on the seller these are the questions i have;

1)i dont believe car has 15k miles,ie; brown dome light cover,chrome bumper rub strips F&R,missing trunk carpet,rust on wheel wells,very dirty engine,new paint and seat covers for garage kept 15k?

2)car was sold eariler and buyer didnt pay.anyone here?what did you find?

3)only two items found on car fax- cars in NY, no yearly inspection?

any info before i fly all the way to NY to help a friend would be great,thanks Gary.

just saw this....I called the owner and he would not guarantee that the 15,000 miles were actual.so he was trying to play it off as a 15,000 mile car! 115,000

my friend "won" this car.when i saw the pics,and the seller couldnt prove the miles he was advertising( the pics dont lie),i told my guy to pass,even if it hurt his feedback.

he did pass on the deal,and bought a 87 we4 from Kirban's in Pa. for about 1/2 the price.
tuning on it now.
