ebay headers

Anyone notice that all the chinese headers have disappeared off ebay. I noticed it a month or so ago but just thought they were expired and waiting to relist. I think all the reviews from this board might have killed the chinese turbo Buick header market.

I guess they were just too hit and miss with the quality.

Understandable, but what legal issues could have caused it? There wouldn't have been any trademark issues I don't think.

I think the really crappy ones are gone due to horrible quality and too many complaints. There are some "better" Chinese made headers being sold by a few vendors. My guess is, 1 particular vendor was bringing the "better" ones in and now has an actual business catering to the GN/TR crowd. Could be where the other vendors are getting the headers from as well.

Again, no facts here....just a guess.

I tried selling stuff for a "name brand" and got nailed ... I was selling aftermarket stuff for THAT name brand , and they wouldnt have it.

If you dont sell THEIR stuff, you are dead.

Pretty lame if you ask me , anything bringing "hobbiest" to YOUR group is good "IMO" ---

Well they have cheapo chinese turbos for GN's on ebay now. Just looked at a T66 for about $500 on there. Not interested!

Just remember that the same chinese craftsmanship and attention to detail that produced these headers produced this:
