I recently sold a set of twin turbos off of a 91 300z for the sum of $250. I informed the buyer that one turbo had 1/8" of in and out shaft play and as far as I know that was only thing wrong. After recieving them he calls me and says they wont work(on his honda) because there is a screw or bolt broken off in it next to the turbine and he can't remove. I dont remember this problem but I cant say for sure. He now wants his money back. Im new to ebay and dont know the proper etiquet for this.TIA any help appreciated.

Maybe - take the turbos back and refund his money, minus your legitimate advertising, shipping, etc. costs.

He should be agreeable to that.

:D

I would take it back on the condition it's not a fresh break (it has some sort of rust or oxidation in it) otherwise *he* broke it trying to get the thing apart.

i'm with stric and drac --refund minus shipping and as drac said on condition it's not a fresh break, you can always fix and re-sell them:cool:
