Egr block off plug

I have the champion egr block off plate, but I didn't get the plug along with it. I've read that there are no off the shelf parts that can be used to plug the other end, is this true? If so, what is everyone using? Thanks!

Ok so I found on this forum the answer. 3/4 galvanized steel plug from the plumbing dept at HD threads in perfectly. For $2.57 much better option, though probably not as pretty.

That's it. Not really the right threads, but will work . I used ultra grey rtv on mine.

If my chip has egr delete in it, do I need to take the egr off?
