EGR piping, switches and valve removal

Can EGR piping, switches and valves be removed without causing problems with driveability? I live in Montana, and don't have to pass inspections.

Yes. Buy/fab a cover plate and your done.

If you run a TT chip, the EGR is disabled anyway.

With The TT chip can you just plug the vac line and unplug the EGR plug?
