Try to disconnect the fan delay relay

That relay is responsible for a lot of dead batteries. You can just remove it and leave it off.

Is it staying on Low speed or high speed? Check the relays on the driverside to make sure they are still intact.

How long have you had the car? If there isn't a problem with the other relays maybe it has a manual fan switch that is on?
