Electrical Question

I just got my new to me GN yesterday and was trying to figure out the front turn signal problem. It does not alternate between the corner lamp and the bumper lamp like the left side does and it is very slow to blink. It also looks like the plug was replaced before.

Anyone know what the color of wires that goes to the bumper lamp are? Or could it be something else?

Look at the connection where it was replaced. Either that or ground.

Thanks I just got it working..Who ever did this crossed 2 wires..Works great now..
