Emissions chip questions

I got a emissions chip from another board member and I understand fuel pressure is supposed to be around 38 psi. I just bought this car and it came with a bosch 237 regulator which is around 43 psi. Is this going to be an issue, can't get a adjustable because of smog issues. Any insight would be helpful thanks.

I am not exactly sure what your question is but if you are asking if it is OK to drive with the increased fuel pressure the answer is yes it will be fine. If you are wondering if it will still pass emissions the answer is also yes it will pass. That is assuming that your catalytic converter is still in and you have no other issues that would cause it to fail.
