If you are having troubles getting your buick to pass emmisions you should try adding two bottles of iso-heet to your gas tank. You will blow away the employees of your local emmisions station with how clean your buick runs!

iso-heet is basically isopropyl alcohol. its usually used for removing water from your fuel lines or for cold weather starting.you can get it at your local autoparts or most gas stations have it for like $1.39 per bottle. it basically just makes your motor run super clean.

Regular heet will supposedly work as well and i think the main ingredient is methanol.

i used iso heet in my 85 gn. and the tester could not believe how clean the emmisions were. i think i was allowed 15 grams/mile of carbon monoxide and i read 0.5 grams/mile. i can't remember how well i passed for the hydrocarbons and Nox but i know it was well beneath the guidelines. i passed in 32 seconds of testing. which he said was the quickest a car could ever pass.
