Engine "freshening" near So. Carolina

Who would you recommend (and where are they located) to perform a light rebuild or freshening up a stock engine w/64K?

Car runs okay, plenty of power. No known problems...

I would also like a good bit of the suspension replaced as some of it looks a little rough...

Might be two shops for this, huh?

With 64K and no problems, why would you even consider having somebody in your motor? Want more power? Change your valve springs and replace your original timing chain set.

I guess I'm a little unclear the way I expalined it.

I'd like someone close enough to haul it to that can thorougly check it out and give it a major 'spring cleaning' type tune up, and suggest some mild upgrades for reliability...

And replace some questionable looking suspension parts...

Hope that's clearer... I don't want a 'rebuild'...
