I Shimed The Pump With Ta Perf Shims....i Pretty Sure I Got That Tight...2 Thou....
Keith To Answer Your Question I Beleive Not A Peep On A Quick Restart....and Lifters Are From The Sealed Power Kit....and I Was Thinking Of Trying 5-30...but Then I Say If Its Doin This Hot That Wont Help .....correct

Yeah, if it is doing it when the oil is hot, it does not seem like a cold thick and slow oil problem - maybe just a loose engine ????

Pre/Post Luber... i got one and it does the trick.

Check the #1 rod bearing (and the rest of them if you care to) before pulling the motor.
Not a lot of fun but it is easier than your other option.
