I'm putting a GN engine in a 1979 Malibu as far as the main engine harness should I get a harness out of a GN and the computer or have a custom one made I heard that is expensive

Do yourself a favor and call Caspers electronics. They can steer you in the right direction.
I would avoid the temptation of using a 27 year old used electrical harness.

I like where you are headed w this. My 1st car was an 80 loved it, would have loved it more w an LC2!!
