I know this has been beaten to death but after a search I still have a few questions. I took motor out and reinstalled without disconnecting the starter or altenator.I have a R.A. double pumper and tried to put pressure to the hobbs switch to see if the 2nd pump would turn on and nothing. No fuel pressure with key on, so it has to be grounds right, since thats all I removed? I tried to put oil down the turbo oil supply tube and that will not prime the pump. I read about packing the bypass spring and plunger with vaseline and want to know if that is right above the oil filter as I do not have a oil cooler line hooked up? If I try that method is a gasket required? Thanks
