engine knock?

I pulled the pan because i hear a knock and the oil light is on until i get moving. Already checked every thing up top. I see that the oil pick up is loose. So that is the oil pressure issue. I can not find a bad bearing. They all look good. There was one small piece of metal in the pan . I am missing something.

I'd Plastigage the bearing clearances while the caps are off.

Heard a knock in an engine once,only to have it be a loose torque converter.

A wrist pin can cause a knock,too.

looks like it might be #1 main. I will know tomorrow after i pull the top bearing.
