I'm about to start getting everything installed in my hybrid. I bought a bunch of parts, but now I'm having second thoughts. Here's what I have:

New Translator Pro
Used Casper's harness (bare bones, configured for ME-R)
Used Stock harness in good shape
1 modded ECM for low-z injectors
1 ECM modded for low-z injectors and ME-R
Full Throttle 4" MAF pipe
Extender chip for 55s
Set of 55s
New LC-1 Wideband with gauge

I'm thinking about selling it all and going with a BS3. Anyone that's gone aftermarket have any regrets? I've worked with BS3s, Fel-Pro/FAST and Accel in LS1 and full race applications, no street stuff. This is for my street car, plan to have just a slow 10-11 second cruiser. Car will spend most of its time in the mid-high 11s for the track (no rollcage) and occasionally turned up at a track rental or on the street. Car will be bracket raced every weekend.

if emmissions or money isn't a probelm, then go for it. You gain so much adjustability, especially in a hybrid situation.

For your application, I would stick with the stock ECU and save your $$.

Just my opinion.
