engine problem need help?

well guys i seriously need some clues tips info whatver on my problem i start off by sayin i just got my whole ebgine rebuild heads everything nothing high performance, just rebuidt, first time done ( too many miles), ok well when i got the car back i turn on sweet idle nice and so on took it home took it for drives breakin it in, not drivin it hard just normal driving ok so then after like 2 weeks at of no where id be at a red light and it would go but studder at take off? and as id accelerate it would pop softly more like backfiring but not loud very softly like 3 times then once i would get the speeds up it woud run fine this is only at low speeds? what could that be ?any idea ? also my oil/choke light came on and stays on now while the car runs i check the oil its all there lol so i have no idea whats going on wit my car i am gonna take it back to the shop but id like to kow what this could be thanx for takin the time to read this lol any info apprecited

If you have a scan tool, see if your tcc is unlocking.
These Buicks have terrible oil pressure at idle, mine is around 7 psi at idle(~750rpm) while the motor is at 180*F.
I'd also check the oxygen sensor.
