Both Lou and Sod do good work. I know Lou sold his shop last year and is semi retired so you might want to see how much working on cars he's doing these days. I think it varies with his mood that week.
Another guy who is really good and used to do work with/for Kenny Bell is Tim Lee at Don Lee auto service in Rancho Cucamonga. He's the guy with the '65 Skylark with the GN drivetrain that runs 10's.
There is a machine shop I use locally that could build an engine for you in Lakeside area. I don't know if you plan on installing it yourself but they can handle that too. If you need their # call me. Don't forget to leave your # because I don't have it anymore.

Lou Czarnota certainly knows his stuff. Was the SS/DX record holder back in the late 90's with a Stage 2 GN. He has forgotten more than most of us know about Turbo Buicks 
. Forgot to mention he is a giant.... at 6'6" or something. I'm 5'6" so talking to him was funny at the time.
I have a 109 block, .020" JE's, stock rods w/ ARP's, stock GN crank balanced, billet #2/#3 main caps for sale soon if you are interested. Zero miles built by S&S Automotive (first small block blown alcohol dragster in the 5's) Rick Santos NHRA driver w/ 23 National wins with their motors.

no and yes he only sold part of it. He will be moving places. but his phone # is current. So give him busness guys cause he told me its been slow because people thought his shop closed down.
