Engine Smoking

My newly rebuilt 3.8 engine still smokes.I have had the turbo sent out 3 times and still no differnt.When i atake the turbo off there is no signs of oil any where in the turbo.Has anyone had a stock tin intake manifold gasket leak and suck oil into the intake ports? I just took off the intake and i can see a puddle of oil sitting in the intake port on a valve that was closed.I think i am going to try the felpro paper intake gaskets and get rid of the tin valley tray gasket

Have you tried blocking off the PCV?

The valley style intake gasket is suppose to keep the PCV from sucking oil from the valley and turbo oil return. So I would not switch or you may open a bigger can of worms.
